⚠️ Life On Travel, its staff, agents, or volunteers will not be responsible for injury, sickness, accident, death, or loss of valuables, luggage, or equipment. No claims from participants, guardians, or relatives will be entertained.

Damage & Loss
⚡ Participants are aware that there are risks of physical, personal, or life loss during tours, safaris, or activities.
🏥 Life On Travel and its employees, associates, directors, or guides will not be held responsible for any mishap, natural calamity, or loss.
💼 Participants are responsible for all expenses related to accidents, medical treatment, or mishaps. Life On Travel does not cover such costs.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
🌪️ Life On Travel cannot pay compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses if a tour is changed, cancelled, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control.
⚡ Such circumstances include but are not limited to: war, airport closures, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes, or bad weather.
⏳ We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate issues, but some events cannot be foreseen or avoided.
Your Responsibility
🛡️ Travelers are responsible for their own safety, actions, and belongings.
🚫 Misbehavior disturbing other customers, staff, or property may result in termination of services without refund.
🏠 Participants must report any damages or defects in accommodation or property immediately.
🍷 Alcohol consumption should be responsible; Life On Travel is not liable for injury, loss, or damage due to impaired judgment.
⚖️ Participants and their travel party are jointly and individually liable for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment, including legal costs incurred.
💊 Travelers should ensure they are medically fit and carry prescribed medicines for allergies or chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, blood pressure issues, or migraines.
If You Have a Complaint
📣 Complaints should be reported immediately to the relevant person (accommodation management, transport provider, or tour representative).
